4 best practices to max out your progress.
First, forget inspiration. Habit is more dependable. Habit will sustain you whether you’re inspired or not. Habit will help you finish. Inspiration won’t. Habit is persistence in practice.

Build a habit, start small, stay intentional, keep a schedule, and focus on repetition. Identify your peak energy, and schedule weekly reflection when you have the most energy and focus.
Keep a record (on paper, in an app or as a voice note) to get back to your answers when needed, and start building connections and identifying patterns with time.
Use habit stacking by pairing Practical Futures with things you already enjoy (like a favourite drink, playlist, workout, or time of the day) or enhancing something you already practice (e.g. some form of meditation, journaling, or exercising).
Think with others to refresh or structure your conversations, especially if you’re already working with a career coach, therapist, or mentor or if you discuss professional life with someone regularly.
